When the Nathan Cummings Foundation, a leading family foundation working to create a more just, vibrant, sustainable and democratic society through grantmaking in the United States and Israel, decided to grow the communications team, they called Chaloner.
We worked closely with the Director of Communications as we launched a search for a Communications Associate to add capacity to her team. Throughout the process, we helped refine the candidate profile, pinpointing the appropriate skill set and experience level for the Associate, delivering a highly skilled public affairs professional who excelled immediately.
Less than three months later, the Nathan Cummings Foundation reengaged Chaloner, this time to fill the Director of Communications position which was being vacated. Chaloner conducted an intensive search and designed the selection process, resulting in the placement of a senior level professional with significant social justice experience, an innovative approach, strong leadership abilities and excellent strategic planning skills.
