NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Chaloner, a national search firm specializing in communications, public relations and marketing, announced today the addition of two experienced professionals to its New York office.
Alanna Miller joins Chaloner from the New York office of Russell Tobin, a recruiting firm, where she built the marketing and communications practice with a focus on professional and financial services clients. She began her career in marketing with a global academic publisher, later joining a large integrated media company focused on the legal and real estate sectors.
Ms. Miller is also the author of Stuff Every Woman Should Know (2010, Quirk Books), a pocket-sized reference book for women of all ages. She is passionate about helping women develop effective job search strategies and develop careers for long-term growth and success. Originally from Vienna, Austria, Ms. Miller graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in art history.

Georgia Aarons brings a unique set of communications and recruiting experiences to Chaloner. Most recently, Ms. Aarons served as a senior research associate for Paul Argenti, professor of Corporate Communications at Tuck Business School at Dartmouth. Previously, she spent several years as a vice president with the Capstone Partnership, conducting Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Finance searches for investment banks and Fortune 500 companies.
Additionally, Ms. Aarons brings recent international communications experience to Chaloner having spent time working in London with a global PR agency, and recently authored “Digital Strategies for Powerful Corporate Communications” in the European Financial Review. Ms. Aarons holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia University and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
